AVNRT. There is a retrograde jump-up. During tachycardia, AH:204ms, HA:48 ms, QRS onset to EAS:15ms. EAS during tachy is located 17.5mm superior to the retro FP site. The success site is the RA posterior septum. It's not S/F, S/S.

F/S AVNRT with TA 6:00~8:00 o'clock EAS. The EAS has low-frequency potential apart from atrial potential. The author claims "The criterion that EAS away from the septum supports the diagnosis of AT should be reconsidered.".

F/S AVNRT gets terminated to ablation at NCC. 4mg ATP also terminates the tachy. It's not AT, It is AVNRT.
