A.Toffler's "The Third Wave" means the opening of a new erea of information culture. On the other hand, in this paper, "The Fourth Wave" overlapped with the preceding third wave is predicted. In this coming Fourth Wave, we ourselves should change into a new creative information source, in other words, a new human race. In order to achieve this objective, the author suggests, at the end of this paper, the importance of putting practical use of orthomolecular psychiatry as the most powerful and leading methodology.
