Sunshine time in Kushiro city is very long. But the photovoltaics is not spreaded in Kushiro city. The reason may be the preconception of "Foggy town". Therefore it is important to investigate the photovoltaics in Kushiro city. We have measured the solar power by 3kW photovoltaic cell panel since 1997. In this paper, we discuss the practical possibility of the photovoltaics in Kushiro city.
