This paper tries to clarify a purpose and problems of the corporate study. In recent years, the policy of the teacher compensation is drawing attention as one of the means of carrying forward teacher abilities improvement and the school improvement in America, England and Japan. In this paper, first, it surveys the background where the problem of the teacher compansation surfaces as the policy problem in Japan. Second, it examines the problem of the JINNJIIN-system which has a big influence to fix a teacher compansation. Then, third, it puts the problems of the teacher compensation sysytem on the intcrvicw-survcv of the teacher-relation erouns.
