ハンドボールでは,直接得点につながるシュート技術の良否が勝負を決定する重要な要素となる。また,シュートを行なうと見せかけて相手を引きつけ,味方にシュートのチャンスを開くためのパスも得点をあげるために重要である。本研究では,シュート及びパスを取り上げ,それらの動作の形態的特徴や機能について,運動形態学的な考察を加え,シュート及びパス技術を探ろうとするものである。運動習熟の異なる3名の被験者(右利き)を選び,シュート及びパスを行なわせた結果,シュートの準備局面において,熟練者達(2名)は,胴体のねじり動作を伴いながら,右腕を後方に伸ばし,助走のスピードと同調することによって大きなバックスイングを行なっている。さらに主要局面において,右ひじをボールより先行させ,胴体を後方に反り,そのあとねじり戻し動作を行なっている。それらは,助走のスピードや胴体の運動をボールに伝導させる働きをしている。パスの準備局面において,熟練者は右ひざを曲げ,上体を後方に傾けることによって,助走のスピードをコントロールしている。さらに主要局面において,上体を前方に起こしながら,左足を正面に向けて踏み出し,パスを行なっている。それは,パスを行なおうとする方向への先取りを抑える働きをしている。Concerning the Hand Ball game, shoot technique is the most important factor to win. So, how to take a chance for good shoot is the task for all hand ball players. A player takes a chance for his partner to shoot by deceiving his enemies, for example, with motion pretending to try shoot, and then, his success of the passing the ball to the partner. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reasonable technique of shoot and pass by investigating the forms and the functions of shoot-motion and pass-motion on morphological method. Subjects of this investigation are 3 women who are selected by the skilled level of shoot and pass (all of them are right hand throwers). This investigations leaves much to be further studied, but following tendencies can be observed from the results obtained so far; The shoot-motions of skilled subjects (2 women) have tendencies as follows; 1) In preparational phase of shoot-motion, their backswing motion of right hand is accompanied with twisting the trunk backward, and is harmonized with the speed of running approach. 2) In main phase of that, their right hand elbow always goes ahead of the ball just being thrown, and also their trunk are bended like a bow and twisted forward. Those motions transmit speed of running approach and trunk movement to the ball. The pass-motion of skilled subject (1 woman) has tendencies as follows; 1) In preparational phase of pass-motion, she controls her speed of running approach by the motions, leaning her upper part of body backward and bending the right knee. 2), and in main phase of that, she passes the ball her partner by the motion stepping out her left leg toward the goal post, raising her upper part of body foward. Those motions have the function to deceive the enemy's deffence.
