オーガナイズドセッション「新しいロボットビジョンの動向(1) ─ 作業のための視覚」では、ハンドアイロボットに代表される作業のための画像計測、認識に関する研究に焦点を絞り、ビジョンへの期待、批判、提案等を討論していただく場をご用意いたしました。パネラーとして、産学に関わらず広い分野から一線で活躍されている研究者の方々をお招きし「CVはロボットのセンサとして成果をあげているのか」、「作業のためのセンシングとはどうあるべきか」「CVの研究はどのような方向性を目指せばよいか」等々、活発に議論して頂き「作業のためのロボットビジョン」の今後について展望致します。We have organized a panel session titled "Can "Computer Vision" become a faculty of sight for a robot". In this special session, we focus on the vision research for task implementation and we will discuss about a variety of topics, e.g., "Does the CV research show landmark achievement in the robotics field? ", "What is the role of CV for task execution?", or "What will the aim of the CV in the future?" Through these discussions, we seek the future prospects of the computer vision research field.
