不特定多数のユーザが参加するインターネット等を利用した放送サービスでは、ユーザは単に映像ストリームを受信するだけではなく、ユーザ自身が映像ストリームの提供者になることも可能である。また、ライブ中継においてはリアルタイムに変化する映像ストリームの提供も可能である。しかし、従来の番組進行は静的に決まっており、リアルタイムな内容変更は困難である。本稿では、内容記述された映像ストリームをスクリプトを用いた番組進行記述により編集することで、動的な番組構成を実現可能とする。本論文では、動的な番組構成の可能なシステムとしてScoopCastを提案し、試作システムとその実装について述べる。We propose an annotating and broadcasting mechanism for live video streams via the Internet. This mechanism provides two functionalities: (1) realtime description for raw video stream, (2) realtime mixing with video streams and realtime broadcasting the edited streams. We have been developing a prototype system called ScoopCast based on our proposed mechanism. In this paper, we describe an annotation method for raw video streams using keywords. And we explain a synthesis method with a dynamic video stream skeleton. Furthermore, we discuss implementation issues of ScoopCast on the multicast network environments.
