Max Weber is one of the greatest sociologist and statesman in a proud sense. This can specifically be pointed out through the work of Weber and his theory of sociology as well as his most radical proposals against German domestic politics. In addition, we must recognize Weber's interest in empirical social research. Weber distributed a large methodological monograph for the survey of the Verein fur Sozialpolitik, he intended the study to be of a scientific nature. One important characteristic concerning his methodological discussions concerns his estimate of attitudes among industrial workers. This peculiar estimate in Weber's inquiries locates his empirical research in the cultural-historical theory of social changes.
