会社等の組織における業務生産性を向上させるためには、同一の組織/プロジェクトチーム内のメンバだけでなく、外部の不特定のメンバとアドホックに協調して効率的に作業を進めていくことが重要である。現在は、電話や電子メール等のコミュニケーション手段を利用して他のメンバへの作業依頼や進捗確認を行っている。特に進捗確認に関し、連絡がつかなかったり確認を忘れたりすることによりタイムロスや作業遅延が発生し、業務が非効率化している。そこで、本稿では、不特定のメンバに依頼した作業の処理状態をリアルタイムかつ視覚的に確認可能にし、かつ締め切りが近づいてきた作業に関する督促を容易にすることで、不特定のメンバとのアドホックな協同作業を効率化できるタスク管理方式を提案し、実装した試作システムについて述べる。We propose a task management technique which can make ad-hoc collaboration works among unspecified users more efficient. Toward to get productivity increases in organizations such as company, working effectively in a coordinated manner with various people, is very important. Today, in order to make a request and ask processing progress, we use communication means such as telephone and e-mail. However, communication delay becomes a serious problem for getting productivity increases. In this paper, we propose expanded information sharing technique which a user can share processing progress with other users offered tasks visually, and communication means which the user can urge other users offered tasks to processing easily.
