It is not correct with the neighboring environment of the city to have the long history more than harf a century, and various problems produce the Toyohashi railroad Azumada main line. I studied an ideal method of LRT in conformity to the current city enviroment and society and I could enter the field of vision and studied the improvement of the public institution in the future city. In this study, I suggested a home of 2 stories to a vehicle of 2 stories. The getting on and off of the passenger is hereby possible smoothly between a short time. I can use the user with a pedestrian bridge with an elevator in succession.
