筆者らは,災害時にインターネットがつながらない状況でも,離れた避難所間で人の移動を媒介として情報を伝達する 「レジリエント情報流通プラットフォーム」 を構築し,この上で動作する安否確認アプリケーションを開発してきた.東日本大震災の被災経験者を対象に,この安否確認アプリの受容性調査を実施した結果,個人情報の自動入力や自動送信には心理抵抗を感じる被験者がいるものの,利用したいか否かについては一定の肯定的な回答が得られ,安否確認サービスの潜在的な需要を確認できた.We have already developed the information sharing platform that enables to share information among remote locations even if the Internet is disconnected under disaster situation. Afield test was conducted to evaluate the potential of a safety confirmation application which works on the platform. We confirmed the user acceptance of such a safety confirmation service although psychological factors in registering personal information should be considered.
