A promotion of tourism by utilizing contents has been activated. The film tourism is a typical example of this. Utilizing the animation has been actively carried out by now. By investigating the cases, such as Takayama, Gifu prefecture and Oarai town, Ibaraki prefecture, this study show a case of regional development by utilizing the contents in Kyoto. This study also shows that the animation forms the awareness of habitants to the contents and would have the effectiveness to the regional development utilizing environmental resources.
