放送局の保有するラジオ番組の録音には,音楽史を知るための貴重な資料が含まれているにも関わらず,わが国ではそのほとんどが一般には公開されていない.本稿は,NHK アーカイブスの放送音源の一部をデジタル配信および高品位 CD で提供する,NHK エンタープライズとナクソスの共同事業を紹介する.そのなかで,人気ではなく資料価値を重視した場合のデジタル配信の優位性を明らかにし,また実演家の許諾取得に伴う法的および 「道義的」 課題とを論じる.Each broadcasting station has broadcast archives, which contain audio recordings that may be valuable materials for research in music history. Nevertheless, in our country, most of such archives are not available to the third party people. This paper introduces the joint projects of NHK Enterprises and Naxos for distributing a part of NHK radio broadcast archive digitally and physically. We will focus on the advantage of digital distribution as a means for spreading valuable but less popular materials, and legal and moral issues concerning rights handling.
