本事例研究は、心理的援助を目的としたキャンプに参加したある思春期前期の女子の心理治療過程を報告し、少女の体の内から性的成熟の受け入れについてを検討するものである。クライエントは13歳の女子中学生で、中学入学後、登校を拒否するようになった。彼女は自分の女性性を感じさせるものを執拗に回避していた。キュロットスカートを好んで着たり、夏の暑い時にブラジャーの代わりにタンクトップを下着として着ていた。入浴は8日間のキャンプの期間中に二度しか入らず、着替える時も自分の体を他人にも自分にも見せないかのように覆い隠した。月経によって服を汚してしまうが、その洗濯には一切手を触れることができず、筆者がしているのを横で見ているだけであった。自分の女性性を拒否することで自己の存在さえも脅かされていた彼女は抑揚のない話し方をし、ゆうれいのような木を描いた。そのような彼女が徐々に自分の心を開き、自分の女性性の受容を遂げる方向に歩み始める過程が本事例では示されたと考える。This case study reports a therapeutic process of an early adolescent girl who took part in a camp in which psychological assistance is given to participants, and will examine the acception of sexual maturation. She was 13 years old, a junior high school student, and had refused attending school since enterance. She persisted in avoiding what ever made her to acknowledge her own femininity. She liked to wear cullotes, prefered a tank top to a brassiere as underwear in hot summer. She washed herself only twice in the eight-day camp. She changed clothes covering her body as if she wouldn't let it be seen by others and even herself. She couldn't wash the clothes stained with her own menstrual blood, and was just watching at her therapist (author) washing them. She refused femininity and, as a result, was in danger of losing the basis of her own being. She spoke monotonously, drew a tree like a ghost. This case will show the process in which she opened her heart gradually and started to accept femininity.
