本稿は,統合白紙撤回事例に焦点を当て,経営統合の成否要因の考察を行ったものである。白紙統合に至らず最終的に経営統合を成功裡に完了させるためには,持株会社方式による統合手法と阻害要因を凌駕する統合動機の強さが寄与していることが確認できた。In this paper, I analyze the success factors of the management integration, focusing on the revocation of the tie-up talks. The results indicate that a holding company system is used as an integrated method and the strength of the integration motivation surpass the obstacles of the integration to complete the integration deal successfully.
