本研究は、アクティブラーニングを実施する前に、効果的な動機付けを生む手順・方法を探ることを目的にしている。神奈川県三浦学苑高等学校の普通科特進コースを事例にアンケート調査を実施した。その結果 ①プログラムの事前説明で目的や効果を共有することが生徒の学習意欲や動機付けを生むこと、②講師の人柄を説明することで、生徒がプログラムに対する期待を持つことがわかった。また、プログラムの事後調査から、プログラム実施中の生徒と講師の距離や関わり方が、生徒の満足度に影響を与えることも示された。This study explores procedures and methods to effectively generate motivation prior to programimplementation. We conducted a questionnaire survey using case examples of general courses promoted by Miura Gakuen High School in Kanagawa Prefecture. The results showed the following: (1) sharing the aims and outcomes in the program's preliminary lecture will prompt students' motivation and their desire to learn and (2) describing the lecturer's personality will give students expectations about the course. The post-program survey showed that the distance and engagement between students and lecturers during the program impacted students' satisfaction levels.
