The paper is devoted to new taxonomic and faunistic data on five <I>Lyssomanes</I> species from French Guiana. Three new species are diagnosed, figured and described: <I>L. aya</I> sp. nov. (♀), <I>L. courtiali</I> sp. nov. (♂♀), and <I>L. rudis</I> sp. nov. (♀). A previously unknown female is described for <I>L. tapirapensis</I> Galiano 1996. New faunistic records are provided for <I>L. remotus</I> Peckham & Peckham 1896 and <I>L. tapirapensis</I>.
