Six new species from Japan belonging to the genus <i>Xenotachina</i> are described and illustrated. The new species include the followings: <i>Xenotachina longicornis</i> n. sp., <i>X. albicorpus</i> n. sp., <i>X. surugaensis</i> n. sp., <i>X. awaensis</i> n. sp., <i>X. nigrithorax</i> n. sp. and <i>X. montana</i> n. sp.
