山中湖は,山梨県甲府市の南東約39km,富士山の東北東約15kmに位置し,富火山の噴火によって流出した鷹丸尾溶岩流が河川を堰き止めて形成した堰止湖で,富士五湖の中で標高が最も高く,湖水面積が最大の湖である。本研究では,年間を通して,湖心の鉛直分布の定期的な測定,主要イオン濃度分析,およびpH4.8アルカリ度測定を行った。また,全面結氷する年を特定するため,積算水温を算出した。これらの観測結果から山中湖における水温・水質の季節変化,結氷および水収支を明らかにした。The Lake Yamanaka-ko is located about 39km southeast of Kofu-City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and about 15km east-northeast of Mt. Fuji. The lake was formed by the natural damming of rivers the Takamaruo lava flow that began to flow by the eruption of the wealth volcano dammed up and stopped. The altitude above the sea level is the highest among the Fuji Five Lakes and the area of the lake is also the largest among them. In this study, I conducted through the year the periodical measurement of the plumb distribution of the heart of the lake, main ion density analysis and pH 4.8 alkalinity measurement. In addition, I calculated multiplication water temperature to specify the age when the lake is frozen entirely. From these observation results, I clarified the seasonal change of the water temperature of the Lake Yamanaka-ko, the freezing, and the water income and expenditure.
