浦和大学こども学部内にある親子のひろば「ぽっけ」(以下「ぽっけ」と記す)を通じた学生教育への取り組みは2013年4月で7年目を迎えた。すでに「こども理解と観察」の授業や「ぽっけ」への自由参加、インターシップの実施などの継続的な積み上げがある。さらには、Nobody's Perfect(以下NP)講座や「My Own Time-おにいさんとおねえさんと遊べるタイム-」において保育体験を提供することが学生の学びにとって有効であり、親子にとってもともに成長する機会となっていることが先行研究にて明らかになった。 今回はこれらの実績を踏まえて、「ぽっけ」での取り組みの教育的意義の検討を深める。そのために他大学の学内広場の活用を調査し、そのうち2つの大学の学内施設訪問と運営担当教員へのインタビューを行ったが、本研究は主にそれらの報告をもとに、「ぽっけ」の活動を通じて、子どもの成長とともに学生と親の育ちをどのように期待できるかを論じる。 Efforts for student education through'Pokke'('Pokke' henceforth)which is a Drop in–center at the Child Department of Urawa University, reached their 7th year in April, 2013. There has already been continuous buildup such as'Understanding and observing children'classes, free participation in'Pokke' and implementation of internships. Furthermore, previous research showed that it was useful for students to have childcare experience in the Nobody's Perfect(NP henceforth)course and 'My Own Time – a time when children can play with older people', and that parents and children also had an opportunity to learn through these experiences. This time we will deepen our review of the educational significance of our'Pokke' efforts on the basis of these results. For this purpose, we investigated the use of Drop in–center at other universities, visited two of them, and interviewed staff running them. In this paper, we discuss what our students can expect in development of students, parents and children through'Pokke', mainly on the basis of the reports of this study.
