By using the theoretical results for closed-form analytical solutions of in-plane problems inclusion under point forces, dislocations and so on, several numerical examples are shown by many graphical representations. The previous results published by several authors can be included as particular cases of our solutions.

This paper presents an analysis of in-plane problems for isotropic semi-infinite body due to single force, single dislocation, dipole-force, dipole-dislocation, and so forth, with various surface boundaries such as free, fixed and two sliding conditions. Distributions of stresses and displacements under applied singular forces for the above four boundaries are illustrated by some graphical representations as numerical examples.

This paper presents a unified analysis of isotropic out-of-plane shear problems with concentric circular elastic inclusions. The applied disturbances considered in this paper are longitudinal shear stress at infinity, analysis is based on the complex variable method using the Möbius transformations by Honein and Herrman. Several numerical examples are given by many graphic representation.

Elliptical ring subjected to arbitrary load has not been studied until now, although the solution for circular ring is easy to obtain. The analysis of elliptical ring enclosed by conforcal two elliptical boundaries is much complicated. In this paper, the general solutions of isotropic elliptical ring for stresses and displacements are obtained by the method of Laurent series expansion of complex stress functions and some numerical examples are shown. The accuracy and the rate of convergence of the present method are then discussed based on these solutions.
