近年 医師の専門の細分化が全世界的に進んでいる. しかし過疎地等の地域医療では 専門外の患者に対応しなければならないケースが少なくない. そこで 診断や治療方針を遠方の他の医師に相談する いわゆる「コンサルテーション」が行なわれている. その実現手法には 電話/FAX/手紙等を用いる非システム系と 専用ハードウェアや専用ソフトウェアを用いるシステム系の二通りがある. しかしいずれも充分とは言えない. 本稿では 両手法の中間に位置し 両手法の問題点を緩和する半システム系の手法を提案する. また 試作システムを構築したところ 現役の医師たちから概ね良好な評価が得られたので報告する.Recently, majors of doctors are divided into terribly lots of fields. However, especially in the thinly populated area, it is actually not a rare case that a doctor has a patient not in his/her major. `Consultation' is a typical solution in such case and it means a consultation of assessment and/or medical treatment plan to remote another doctor. One method of realizing it is non-systematic one using telephone, FAX, or letter. Another is systematic using a dedicated hardware and/or dedicated software. However, they are not sufficient. In this paper, we propose an intermediate method. It is semi-systematic and reduces the problems in the conventional methods. We have implemented a pilot system and obtained good evaluation from some doctors in active.
