近年,効率的な企業経営や生産性向上を目指し,社内にある情報や知識を社内全体で活用する様々な取り組みが行われている.本論文では情報共有の場として,建物内の廊下やリフレッシュルームのような共有スペースでの出会いに着目し,そこで何らかの情報を必要としている者が他者に対し積極的に働きかけることによる,対面環境での情報共有を促進する手法を提案する.さらに提案手法に基づき,情報を求める人が,求めている情報を1つの建物に共存する特定多数の人々に対してアピールするシステム"HuNeAS(Human Network Activating System)"を作成し,その評価を行った.HuNeASは,組織内の人々が利用する共用スペースに,求める情報を投影する大型ディスプレイを配置した空間となっている.求める情報を大型ディスプレイに投影し,それを共用スペースの利用者に見せることにより情報共有の促進を行う.このため,HuNeASでは部署や研究室などの既存の小規模コミュニティの枠を越えて,建物全体の人に対して情報を求めることができる.プロトタイプシステムを用いて6週間の試用実験を行い,約100名に対し4回のアンケート調査を行うなどによってシステムの評価を行った.この結果,HuNeASによって同期的な情報共有が促進されることが示唆された.また,情報の共有だけでなく,Human Networkの生成と強化の効果も確認され,組織におけるHuman Networkを活性化する効果もあることが示唆された. : In this paper, we propose a new approach to support information sharing in an organization based on spontaneous encounters in the real world. We developed a system "HuNeAS", where a user appeal to other people who belong to an identical organization and who work together in one building to give information he/she requires. HuNeAS consists of "Danwa-no-mori" and DIAS (Desired Information Appealing System). Danwa-no-mori is a shared space that is freely used by anyone to, for instance, take a rest. In addition, Danwa-no-mori is equipped with the large-sized displays that are a part of DIAS project somone's required information that is a-priori input in DIAS. If another person who sees the displayed information and if he/she has some useful information, he/she can give the information to the person who shows the required information. Thus, HuNeAS promotes information sharing among the people who encounter in Danwa-no-mori. We conducted experiments for evaluating the above-mentioned advantages of HuNeAS. As a result, we confirmed that HuNeAS can promote the information sharing based on the people's spontaneous encountering. Additionally, it is suggested HuNeAS promotes to create and to activate human-network.
