This article presents the analysis of autobiographies narrated by learners of English in Japanese university. The focus of this research is on a sequential change of contents and each autobiography is analyzed based on two periods, which mean the period of junior high school (including elementary school), and that of senior high school. Using the approach of text mining, the difference between these two periods is clarified. That difference is discussed based on Vygotsky's concept development. From the results, this article presents some suggestions about English learning.
