The aim of this study was to analyze the positive results achieved by changes instigated in the team management of the OIU women's lacrosse team. It was discovered that the attitudes of the team members improved following participation in a team-building camp. For the purpose of the study, the squad members were divided into two groups and their attitudes ascertained. There was no statistically significant difference found between the groups, which may affirm the reason for the team's success in the Kansai Student Lacrosse League. In terms of team management, it is believed that encouraging the members to focus on building awareness of their own skills and roles within the squad enables them to contribute better to the team performance.
