This paper reveals that first, new venture firms are not necessarily within high tech industries; they also exist in traditional, mature industries and enable the creation of unique niche markets. Next, this paper focuses on member companies of the Tokyo NBC who are expanding their businesses in niche markets and reveals that they are using the fieldwork method and within this economic organization, they are accelerating their own management innovation while mutually influencing each other as well as having a positive influence on developing the next generation of entrepreneurs.
