Argentine national economy has faced the most difficult situation in her history because of running away huge foreign capital flow outward the country. This article puts forward two main arguments. First, to examine how FDI towards Argentina increased so rapidly through 1990's under the new conditions appeared in Argentine. Second, to analyze the "foreignization" process which was observed in the Argentine corporate community after flowing huge FDI under the strategy made by multinational big companies.
