Spring of 1978 has come with the thunderstorm. After the storm, there was a blue sky. If the spring storm is an announcement spring seasons and end of winter, people can withstand the storm, however, natural phenomenon sometimes be very violent.Economist Kenneth E. Boulding has discussed "Limit exists in the Spaceship Earth" as a metaphor for the common destiny in his book "The Economics of the Coming Spaceship Earth" (1966).For the Spaceship Earth to reach mature society, there are many issues and difficulties need to be overcome. Can we expect the mature society after the spring storm for the crew of the Spaceship Earth? What are the fundamental issues and difficulties exist in the mature society?This paper is a study on this subject of "reality and problems of 1978 society".
