論文特集 : 宗教・障害・共同体―障害と共に生きることの宗教性本稿では、2016 年7 月に神奈川県相模原市で起きた障害者殺傷事件を受けて、事件とその背後にある優生思想について論点を整理する。そして、国連の障害者権利条約ならびに同権利委員会による一般的意見を参照しつつ、国際的な脱施設化への流れを確認する。その上で、仏教福祉思想が抱える課題点を明確化する。障害者権利条約をはじめとする社会モデルの思想を基軸として、相模原事件後の日本の共生社会の形成と宗教思想との関係について考える。Focusing on the murder of disabled people in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture in July 2016 (Sagamihara Knife Attack), I describe the eugenic thoughts that forms the background of the case. Furthermore, I describe the stream for international deinstitutionalization, referencing the "Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities" and general comments by the "Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities". Moreover, I show problems of Buddhism welfare thought. Finally, I discuss attitudes towards the formation of Japanese living-together-society after the Sagamihara Knife Attack and religious thoughts, based on thoughts of social models such as the "Convention of the Rights on Persons with Disabilities.
