I visited the UK in June/July and November 2017 to deepen my existing andestablishing new connections with scholars and research groups who work on governing cyberspace in general and the response to growing threats in cyberspace by governments and international institutions. I interviewed several scholars at UK universities and had first contacts with FCO, MOD and MOD-related organizations who work in cybersecurity I also interviewed Japanese scholars who work on the growing impact of threats to CII on government policies and the international cooperation of government and non-governmental bodies.
