本論文では,AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)を用いたグループ意思決定場面において,グループ構成員間のコミュニケーションを支援するための機能を提案し,その妥当性を実験により検証する.グループで意思決定を下す場合にはグループ構成員間で対人説得など,様々なコミュニケーションが必要となる.しかし,既存のグループ意思決定支援システムの研究ではコミュニケーション自体に関する支援手法の検討はこれまで積極的になされていなかった.そこで本論文では,グループ構成員間のコミュニケーションを支援するための機能として判断メタ情報を提案する.判断メタ情報は精緻化見込みモデルでいうところの周辺的手がかり,なかでも知識・専門性と関心・配慮の知覚を支援しようとするものである.これにより各グループ構成員が有する知識や価値観に対する気づきが促され,互いの思惑が伝わりやすくなること,つまりは円滑なコミュニケーションの実現が期待できる.今回は"対人説得を遂行するうえで重要となる妥協の引き出しやすさという点での他者の思惑の読み取りに,判断メタ情報が有効である"という仮説について検証した.大学院生を被験者とした実験からは,判断メタ情報のある方が相手からの妥協の引き出しやすさを予測しやすいという傾向が見られ,コミュニケーション支援機能としての判断メタ情報の有用性を支持するデータが得られた. : In this paper, we propose communication support function for AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based GDSS (Group Decision Support System). And, we endeavor to verify the effects of this newly proposed function. When we are in group-decision-making process, it is indispensable to communicate with other group-members. However, existing research on GDSS dose not cover the essential elements of the communicational support function. Therefore, to support the communication among group members, we proposed "Negotiation Meta-Information (NMI), " which acts as a peripheral route determinant in Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM). Especially, we focused on and tried to support "knowledge, specialty and interest, " and "perception of consideration, " among group members that led to support and share the coexistent, as well as group-oriented values. To evaluate, whether NMI is effective or not to generate some clues regarding the possibilities of compromise among group members, we conduct an experimental test with graduate students. Our results suggest that with NMI environment, it is more effective to read the possibility of compromises, than without NMI environment. Hence, we revealed that NMI as a communicational support in GDSS is useful.
