Sternal segment dislocation is rare in children, with only several cases reported in the literature. We present a case of sternal segment dislocation in a six-year-old boy. He was initially treated with closed reduction, however, complete re-dislocation occurred a week later. Although rotation of the dislocated segment was 58°, the segment was stable with sonography. Then, he was treated conservatively. A year after the injury, remodeling of the dislocated segment was achieved.
