本研究では軽度発達障害者の雇用に何が必要かを考察したものである。2002年に画期的な新しい福祉サービスが日本で始まった。1つは「自閉症・発達障害支援センター」であり、もう1つは、ジョブコーチ事業である。この2つの事業は軽度発達障害者に対し、全く福祉サービスがなかったために、日本では画期的なサービスである。しかし、両事業とももっと多くのマンパワーと専門家が必要となるだろう。またこれらの問題をさらに解決するために、さらに福祉サービスの変換が求められる。このような福祉サービスの転換は、軽度発達障害者を納税者へ移行することになる。またインフォーマルサポートおよび余暇スキル支援は彼らの安定雇用につながるものと考える。This study examines the employment needs of people with Mild Disabilities. In 2002 new, epoch-making social services commenced in Japan, including the "Support Center For Autistic Disorder and Developmental Disorder", and the "Supported Employment System". Both are epoch-making in Japan because prior to their creation no services for those with 'Mild Disabilities' existed. Both will require the provision of manpower and specialists, as well as Recreational Skill supports to secure stable employment for people with Mild Disabilities. However, such services will transform people with Mild Disabilities into independent taxpayers.
