A medicolegal autopsy report is made of a 30-year-old man who suddenly died from a spontaneous heart perforation after collision with radio lose control airplane on the chest. The perforation was located on the right ventricle, but the heart sac was intact. The cause of this death was diagnosed as so-called "cardiac tamponade".
