Inpatients in mental hospitals human rights have been infringed upon even after "The Mental Health & Welfare Act" was amended. I think that the factors associated with this could be "the specificities in the mental hospitals", which have a background influenced by the "Mental/Medical Policy" Therefore, the "Mental/Medical Policy" needs to be changed in order to prevent infringements on patient's human rights in mental hospitals, and I would like to suggest a remedy for this problem.
