近年,地域コミュニティが抱える少子高齢化や核家族化による地域コミュニティ特有の問題に対し,地域通貨が注目されている.本論文では,自治体程度の大きさの地域コミュニティにおいて,既存の地域コミュニティ支援システムを活用し,地域通貨の流通を図るコミュニケーション・フレームワークを提案する.また,実際に地域で運用されている支援システムに提供し,実証実験を行った.その結果を示す.Recently, most of Japanese regional communities have common problems for the decline of the regional activity due to age structures and family patterns. The local currency is expected as an effective tool to encourage voluntary activity through knowledge sharing in the community. We study a framework of local currency that targets the circulation on the information-based information system supporting social community service for residents. We examine our model through the case study using a conventional Web-based system and confirm the effectiveness.
