本論文では 個々の主体が選好を集団全体の選好を集約したマクロ情報と自らの選好を比較し自己修正する適応型合意形成モデルを提案する. 自己の選好に忠実であることは 個人合理性を追及することと同じであるが すべてのメンバが自己の合理性を追及することによって合意形成の困難性の問題が生じる. そこで 個々のメンバが無制限に自己の選好を主張するのではなく 集団の一員としての立場から自らの選好を集団全体の動向に逐次適応させる本合意形成モデルによって 集団全体として調和的な合意形成が可能になることを示す. また 異なる適応速度を内部属性として持つ主体によって構成される集団における合意形成上の特性について明らかにする. さらに 上位の意思決定者が存在する場合や 合意形成に時間的制約が存在する場合を考え それらが合意形成に及ぼす影響について シミュレーションによって明らかにする.In this research, we introduce a model of adaptive consensus formation by changing the preference of each individual. Being faithful to his own preference and pursuing individual rationality are the same thing. But, it is difficult to get harmonious consensus formation as a group when all member of group pursue the own individual rationality. We show that it is possible to get consensus formation by adapting each individual preference to group preference. We also show the characters of the consensus formation on a group of various type of members with the different speeds of adaption. We also consider the effects of the existance of the meta agent dicision-maker and the time constraint for the consensus formation, by some simulations.
