ナチス体制の権力構造を明らかにしようとする多くの方法論のうち,現代の国家独占資本主義論,そのなかでのナチス型国家独占資本主義論という理論的・実証的枠組から,ナチス体制の究明に追ろうとする一方法論がある。本稿は,ナチス体制初期の国家権力により打出される一連の労働政策の分析を中心として,ナチス権力構造究明への接近を試みるものである。In this paper I research the labor policy of the early Nazi Regime. The labor policy is one of the most important, indispensable and character-expressive problems that distinguish the types of the modern state monopolistic capitalisms, that is Nazi, New Deal or other types. I discuss the process and effects of the labor policy in the early Nazi Regime, intending to make clear the political and economic character of Nazism.
