近年、ICT教育の手段としてPBLが注目されている。しかし、従来提案されているPBLはジョナサンが定義する3段階のうち、2番目のアドバンスレベルでありテュートリアルにより実行されるべき範囲に限定されている。そこで、本稿では、ジョナサンによる3区分の最終段階であるエキスパートレベルの知識獲得を目指したカリキュラムとして、自治体と大学が連携し、学生自身が要求分析・設計・コーディング・実応用・保守を担当する社会連携型PBLカリキュラムを提案する。本アプローチは2000年度より進めてきた。実際に問題解決能力テストPSIによって受講生を評価した結果、研究のみを実行している学生に比して、中心メンバーとして活躍した学生・院生は、高い問題可決能力の指標を示した。反面、グループ学習特有の性質として、受講生の問題解決能力のバラツキは大きくなっている。本稿では、5年間の実践経験を踏まえて、この社会連携型PBLのプラクティスを示し、今後の発展の方向についてあわせて論じている。Recently, PBL (Project Based Learning / Problem Based Leaning) approch is focused in ICT learning domains. However, conventional PBL approach in ICT learning is the second stage of learning, defined by D.H. Jonassen, a researcher in Constructive Learning. The second stage is an advance level of the knowledgeacquisition, suitable for coaching leaning approach.In this paper, a PBL approach for the third level of Jonassen's model is proposed. The level is the expert level and the PBL approach can be realized only in the real world application system development.The authors started the real world system develpment PBL approach in 2000.This paper sumirizes the details and experiences in the PBL approach. Some practices are demonstrated and the future works are crarified.
