社会インフラの重要な構成要素となっている情報システムとは何かを明らかにするために、いろいろな切り口でその姿を可視化することを試みる。はじめに、コンピュータを活用する情報システムが何故生れたか、何故必要かを考える。そして、目的に適い、人間の環境に馴染む情報システムを何時、誰が、何処に、どのような方法で創っているのかについて紐解く方法を検討する。The information system which is an important component of the society infrastructure is clarified. They are visualized in various sides in order to facilitate the understanding. First, "why the information system which utilizes the computer was produced", and "why it is necessary" are considered. Next, how information systems which harmonize with purpose and human environment are made, is described. In addition, they are described on who makes in when, where, and how.
