近年のシニアユーザの携帯電話所有率増加に伴い、若年層のユーザのみならず、より多くのユーザにとって使いやすい携帯電話向けウェブサイトの構築が求められている。しかし現状では、携帯電話向けウェブサイトのユーザピリティ向上を目的としたデザインのための指針は少ない。また、ウェブサイト作成者にとってもサイトデザインに関するユーザの意見を得る機会は少ない。本稿では、シニアユーザによる携帯電話を用いたウェブサイト閲覧のユーザテストを実施し、ユーザピリティ向上のためのデザイン要件を抽出した。いくつかのテスト結果、及び作成したデザイン要件について紹介する。The mobile phone is becoming ubiquitous in Japan, but the use of moblie Web access is not so frequently. For the purpose of proposition of the guideline for designing mobile phone Web pages, we have examined some websites for mobile phones with elderly people. It is necessary to design mobile phone Web pages that are easier for them as the population ages. In this paper, we show some results of the examination and propose some tips for designing Web pages.
