NTT Data corporation and Institute of Language Understanding developed "Nazuki". "Nazuki" means "brain" in an ancient Japanese word. It is a new product that can understand senses, topics and intentions from a given text. It differs from keyword based approaches in the current application systems. Innovation by "Nazuki" has just started, and "Nazuki" will be expanded in a wide range of fields. This report describes the history of techniques and business relating to "Nazuki"
