In earthquake, we must rescue person buried alive form collapse buildings as soon as posible. Rescuing person buried alive quikly connects high suvival rate. But firemen were very short of hands in great HANSIN earthquake. It is necessary to adjust the pan between neighborhoods and firemen for rescuring person buried alive quickly. Rescue instrument must be developed to assume the environment in colapse buildings.
