ネットワークサービスを利用する際には,外部からもたらされる危険や情報発信時のヒューマンエラーに対する気づきが重要である.本研究では,危険に対する気づきを支援するために,可視化した危険を,利用者に不快感をもたらすことで伝えるユーザインタフェースの開発を行った.まず,不快なインタフェースを設計するために,コンピュータ利用時の不快感の要素を収集し,質問紙調査および探索的因子分析によって不快感を構成する7因子を明らかにした.次に,不快感の7因子を用いて,警告インタフェースのプロトタイプとして,危険なwebサイトおよび電子メールの誤送信に対して警告を行うインタフェースを実装した.評価の結果,不快なインタフェースにより,注意を引き付けられることが示唆されたが,警告内容や推奨される行為を伝える機能も必要があることが分かった.It is necessary for users of network services to be aware of security threats and human errors. Our research is to implement user interfaces with which one would feel discomfort so that s/he would be aware of security risks and human errors. This paper reports our user survey and implementation of user interfaces casing discomfort. We collected the possible elements of discomfort with several pretests to produce a questionnaire and conducted a user survey. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, we present seven factors which contribute to discomfort feeling. We assumed these seven discomfort factors and implemented warning interfaces on a web browser and an e-mail client. Finally, we suggested directions for design of warning interfaces causing discomfort.
