コンピュータサイエンスアンプラグド (Tim Bell et al.) は,子どもの情報科学への興味を引き出すとともに,大学で教えられるレベルの情報科学の本質的理解を促すためにも有効な教育手法である.本発表では,コンピュータサイエンスアンプラグドの 「情報科学の本質的理解を促すための教育手法」 という側面について,可能性と課題を検討し,再評価を試みる.また,スーパーサイエンスハイスクール指定校の高校生を対象とした実践事例を紹介し,効果を検証する.Computer Science Unplugged (Tim Bell et al.) is not just a method to attract children's interest toward computers, but also an effective approach to the education of the heart of computer science. We will reevaluate the potential of Computer Science Unplugged as an approach in higher education to introduce the essence of college-level theoretical computer science.
