近年,地震などの災害によって,被災地周辺の観光地における風評被害が大きな問題となっているが,観光風評被害に関する状況・経過や対策に関する情報提供の研究や取り組みは遅れている.本研究の目的は,Web 上の散在する風評被害に関する事例を収集し,観光に関わる行政職員や事業者に情報提供を行うシステムの在り方を明らかにすることにある.本稿では,東日本大震災での風評被害事例の特徴分析と,その結果に基づく情報提供システムの開発について述べる.システム開発においては,事例分析結果等を踏まえ,これまで試作したシステムのメタデータ,提供機能,対象ユーザと公開方法について見直しを図った.また,有識者によるシステムの一次評価を実施し,提供情報を拡充した.By disasters such as earthquake in recent years, the harmful rumor in the tourist destinations around disaster areas has become a major problem. However, study of providing information in regard to various situation and measures of the harmful rumors in tourism is tardy. The purpose of our study is to clarify features of information system for gathering and providing of the harmful rumor cases in tourism on the Web. This paper describes characteristics analysis of harmful rumor cases caused by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami in 2011, and development of information providing system based on the analysis results. In the system development, we reviewed previous specifications of prototype: meta-data, functions, operation policies and target users. Also through primary evaluation by tourism experts, we expanded content of the system.
