近年シュート技術の発展は目ざましいものがあるが,サイドシュートは技術的課題を多く含んだものであるため実践的な試みが積み重ねられている。とりわけこのシュートの巧拙はチームの得点能力に大きな鍵となっている。本研究は多様なサイドシュートのうち特に左サイドからのジャンプシュートをとりあげ,その成功に影響を及ぼす助走の方向と踏み切り姿勢を実験条件として,サイドシュートの技術的特性を運動形態学的に分析したものである。結果として次のことが明らかにされた。1)防御者にボールを奪われないようにする方法として,ボールを前方又は後方高く保持しながら上体をゴールラインの方向に傾けるか,背中を防御者に向けることが有効である。2)右手投げの場合,リリース時のボール速度を最大にする技術として,左肩を前方に出した半身の姿勢によって胴体をねじり,その後右足を後方に振りながらねじり戻し動作を行なうことが有効である。3)ゴールポストにボールが入る空間をより大きくするために,リリース時のシュート角度を大きくすることは極めて重要である。(1)ゴールラインの方向から助走して行なうシュートの場合は,踏み切り姿勢にかかわらず,ペナルティースローラインの方向に跳躍できるのでシュートの成功に有利である。(2)またフリースローラインの方向から助走して行なうシュートの場合は,右足で踏み切りその際右肩を前方に出す踏み切り姿勢によって,フォワードスイング期に上体をペナルティースローラインの方向に傾けながら,サイドスローを行なうことができるのでリリース時のシュート角度を大きくすることができる。In the Hand Ball game, various shoot-techniques are carried out. Among them, the most important one to win the game is the side-shoot technique. So, this study analyzes morphologically some techniques of jumping-side-shoot from the left side of the Hand Ball coat. This experiment sets the conditions on the directions of approach-running and the postures of jumping-up in performing side-shoot. This study leaves much problem, but following tendencies can be observed from the results obtained so far; 1) It is important technique for the success of the side-shoot that the shooter don't be cut the ball by his defenders. So, when he tries to side-shoot, he must incline his upper part of body toward the Goal-line or must turn his back to the defender, holding the ball upward or backward. 2) In any directions of approach-running, the right-hand-thrower jumps up by his left-foot and puts his left-shoulder forward, and then he twists his upper part of body to the right in the air. So, he makes the effective throwing motion for side-shooting. 3) Concerning the side-shoot running-approach direction from the Coal-line, if the shooter jumps up toward the Penalty-Throw-line in any postures of jumping-up, he can spread the shooting-angle which makes the goal-space much wider. 4) About the side-shoot running-approach direction from the Free-Throw-line, if the shooter jumps up by his right-foot and puts his right-shoulder forward and then he inclines his upper part of body toward the Penalty-Throw-line, he could success the good shooting by making the same conditions as above 3).
