本稿は,現在の教育系学部教育の学生たちの一般的な傾向を検討して,学部教育方法の革新(ファカルティ・デベロプメント)を工夫する必要性を考察する。その観点から,筆者らが実施している教育実践基礎演習工の構成,概要,方法などについて紹介し,学生たちのグループ演習の導入を実施している状況について述べる。この演習は,十数回の連続するものであり,多メディアの利用やショート・レクチャーも活用しているが,学生の自学自習によるグループ演習を大幅に取り入れている点に特徴がある。これによって,学生たちは活発な活動を展開している。この演習には,いくつかの新しい課題はあるものの,一定の手応えを得ていることを報告する。As an introduction, this paper discusses the general tendency of undergraduate students and the faculty development special with reference to teaching method in the pre-service training programme. The author takes as an example a subject such as "Basic Teaching Practice I". In this subject, faculty staff strongly introduce several series of session of students' group practice. As a result, almost all students of this subject actually participate in the training practice topics and subjects.
