Historically, in Japanese academies, teachers have a role of being a sports coach at school sports clubs. This role as a sports coach makes the workload heavier for teachers and is already considered excessive in contrast to teachers from other countries. In 2015, The Administration of Education introducad 'Team School'. In this new system, communities, other staff from out of the school help out honing the students' athletic skills thereby decreasing the demand for teachers' need to dedicate etra hours and lessening the workload of teachers The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the sports coaching in Japanese academies through their belief, teaching content how thinking the relationship to school and parents. 54 respondents that were present were from Akita and it was held at Akita prefecture junior high school. Among the respondents, 53 were male and 1 was female. It is found that 1) The profiles of the sports coaches are as follows: sports coach from community having job as an office worker(33.3%) public servants(29.6%) private business owners(20.4%) retired persons(9.3%), and having career as sports coach 1-10 years. They started this sports coaching because parents or school or sports club counselor asked: The availability of the volunteers are as follows: twice or three times a week(42.6%) four or five times a week(22.2%) six times a week or everyday (16.6%). 2)sports coach from community believe that sports clubs having values not only promoting student's muscular strengthen, endurance, physical growth but also human growth and sociability development. 3)sports coach from community tried to teach not only skill acquired to promote student's will, not emphasize win but also, considering they process in development, personality building and manners. 4) sports coach from community tried to communicate with sports school counselor with phone calling or e-mail but there were case uhere in a school counselor was irresponsible, with parents after daily practice or party and thinking not interfere in practical contents or directions.
