哲学者ジル・ドゥルーズは『アンチ・オイディプス』において、自身の思想を体現する形象として「スキゾ」の概念を打ち出した。それに先立つ『マゾッホ紹介』(以下ではPSMと略す)ではサディズムと対比しながら、マゾヒズムの論理が語られている。 PSMにおいてサディズムとマゾヒズムは、単に加虐・被虐を好む性的倒錯を指しているのではなく、法規範に対する異った二つの脱構築的態度として記述されているのである。そこでマゾヒズムという概念はのちの「スキゾ」の原形であると考えられる。PSMではドゥルーズの法規範に対する基本的な考え方が述べられている。ならばPSMを読解することによってドゥルーズの(反)法哲学を明らかにすることができるだろう。 本論ではドゥルーズが「マゾヒズム」と呼ぶ概念が(スキゾフレニーではなく)自閉症に近く、「サディズム」と呼ぶ概念がスキゾフレニーに近いことを示す。さらに法哲学の書としてPSMを読解する以上当然であるが、マゾヒズムの政治について批判的に考察する。 Gilles Deleuze, a philosopher proposed the concept of "Schizo" as a figure that embodies his own thought in "Anti-Oedipus". On the other hand, he explained his theory of Masochism in contrast to Sadism in "Presentation of Sacher-Masoch " (hereinafter referred to as "PSM") that had been published prior to "Anti-Oedipus". In PSM, Deleuze described Sadism and Masochism not only as perverted sexuality seeking for behaviors to hurt someone or be hurt by someone else, but also as two deconstructive attitudes to the rule of law, i.e. the concept of Masochism is considered to be the prototype of "Schizo" that was introduced later. Also, Deleuze described his basic idea on the rule of law in PSM. Therefore, if we read PSM, we will be able to clarify Deleuze's (anti-) philosophy of law. In this manuscript, I will explain that the concept that is called "Masochism" by Deleuze is (not Schizophrenia, but) close to autism, while the concept called "Sadism" is close to Schizophrenia. Furthermore, I will critically comment on politics of Masochism since we read PSM as one of the books on philosophy of law.
